A phrase many of us use, even when we're not fine. People sometimes even buy it, even making us believe we're fine when we're really dying inside.

I'm fine is a lie. People may say their fine. But deep down they're not. I know this for a fact because I say I am fine all the time, when I really am not. So when someone says their fine, talk to them about it. They aren't fine in any way.
