a person that is large enough to be a cow, and is extremely ugly, like the word "juice." one can replace the adjective with any word that they find unattractive.

ex:duple heffer

its not really insultion unless you know what you are talking about, which makes it more fun in the longrun.

Slump = a drooping or hunched posture

Heiferslump = a large overweight lady slumped in her chair or more commonly on a bench in a food court eating takeaway.
