Grouse

Originating from the phrase "silly goose" a "grouse" is a person or situation that is silly - but not in a cute way. It can also be used as a verb, to describe kidding around.

Chandler: "My cat wont stop eating hair ties and then having digestion issues"
Matt: "She is such a little grouse"

Chandler: "dude my cat just jumped straight out my window, shattered the glass, and landed on a policeman's head"
Matt: "What the fuck how did she even do that, did you get in trouble?"
