Someone who is excessively self-absorbed and enamored with their perceived brilliance or success, to the point where they are unable to recognize or acknowledge their own shortcomings or failures.

This individual is so captivated by their own glittering poop that they are blind to their own flaws or mistakes.

A sense of vanity, arrogance, and delusion in the person being described, highlighting their inability to see things objectively and their preoccupation with their own perceived greatness.
