An amalgamation of the words 'grandpa' and 'gay', meaning homosexual.

Used to describe a grandpa who is gay, a gaypa.

Can also be used to describe someone who looks old/appears to be a grandpa and exhibits gay tendencies.

Commonly used as a nickname.
