garter snapper

An outdated term used popularly in the 1920s-1950s that refers to a man who has sex with many different women or has a lot of one night stands. The phrase "garter snapper" originates in this time period due to the fact that women often wore garters to hold up their tights and therefore someone who often "snaps" these garters takes them off, an act commonly preformed during this time period during sex or an affair.

A new facemask thing Urban Dictionary is selling next to their mugs, and just like their mugs, they're trying to force everyone to buy it. $24.00 per gaiter.

Person 1: hey I just went to urbandic and found that there's a new thing next to the mug.
Person 2: I.. don't even know what you just said.
Person 1: ugh, they sell gay-ters now.
Person 2: gaiters?

Bones Gate

A Dartmouth College fraternity located at 10 Webster Avenue, Hanover NH.

Founded in 1901, the fraternity was originally known Delta Tau Delta. In 1960, the Hanover chapter formally dissociated itself from the national organization because it would not allow the local Dartmouth chapter to allow minorities. The fraternity remained unnamed for 2 years, until brothers studying abroad in London, England proposed the name to honor a pub, the Bones Gate, that they frequented while there.

I partied at Bones Gate every night last week.

Gaige

Gaige is a guy who is shy at first but will open up when you make friends with him. He is also a honorable guy and respects people for who they are. He is the type of person who would defend his family and friends without hesitation but he won’t resolve the conflict with violence but with words first. He can also be dumb at times but is understanding if you talk to him because he has feelings too. He is also intelligent and is a hard worker, if there is a reward in the end (Hug, cookie, etc.) but the reward can also be something meaningful instead of a common reward much like a thank you or if it’s for a favor. So don’t be afraid to open up to a Gaige. You’ll be surprised at what they can do :) .

You: Hey Gaige, wanna do something ?

Gaige: Yeah sure !

You: Gaige. Wanna play some video games ?

Gaige: HECK YEAH !! LETS GOOO !!

legiti-gate

The political scandal that erupted around Missouri Republican Todd Akin. Akin was the Republican nominee for the US Senate seat currently held by Democrat Claire McCaskill. Akin experienced severe backlash from a wide range of the political spectrum when he suggested on Fox News that women's bodies have the ability to prevent pregnancy during a "legitimate rape." The scandal is known as "legit-gate" after the Watergate scandal during the Nixon administration.

"Many think Akin won't be able to recover after legiti-gate."

"The effects of legiti-gate will ripple beyond Todd Akin and on to regional and perhaps national races."

Ninja Gaiden 2

Awesome game where you go around killing ninjas, dragons and fiends with ninja weapons and fireballs (there are actually several different types of "ninpo"). It is the sequel to Ninja Gaiden for the Xbox (obviously), and you play as Ryu Hayabusa. It is also insanely hard and will require a lot of skill and patience, especially on Path of the Master Ninja, or even Path of the Mentor.
