fopportunity

A make believe opportunity (FAKE opportunity) that people pretend is real. E.g.: Your boss has you enter, into the company's sales pipeline , an opportunity to close an enormous sale as though it were a real opportunity with potential revenue, but there is no chance of closing that sale. E.g.: Someone banters on about a job opportunity as though they were going to land the job when in reality they are grossly unqualified and have no chance of gaining the job.

Sales admin keeps requesting updates on that pipeline Fopportunity !

If George doesn't shut up bantering about that job Fopportunity I am going to puke.

fippie

(noun)Someone who wants to be a hippy, but is a poser (fake hippy). Usually obsessed with the Grateful Dead and hippie jam festivals, these specimen range anywhere from 17 years old to 25. These people think they are from the sixties and usually are involved in lots of psychodelic drug use. You can spot them out by their ripped jeans and tye dye shirts, probably bare foot as well.

Hey Michael, look over there, that fippie is trying to make another drum circle.

a fake hippie. Usually found in the suburbs, swearing off everything that would make them look like they are conforming. Also, usually their parents make enough cash to buy them organic shampoo, toothpaste, laundry detergent and ripped up clothes resulting in a rather unusual organic scent.

A future pedofile. Commonly associated with overgrown facial hair, and high pitched laughs. Fippies often make many awkward, sexual jokes. A fippy can be identified by their scrawniness and overall awkwardness. Fippies are forever single and they desire to find love in a hopeless place.

Person 1: "Wow, did you see Josh creeping from across the room?"
