Fanbelt

A word men sometimes use to describe an attractive woman without women knowing what the men are talking about. Mainly used in the British Midlands and relatively unknown elsewhere and especially unknown to women.

Jim called out "Fanbelt!" in time for Tim to turn around and see a very attractive woman walk past. Meanwhile the woman thought "What's a fanbelt?"
