Someone that is a Dollphane is bad at their job.
They are usually late with their work and there work is usually of bad quality.
Someone that is a Dollphane often plagiarizes anothers work

dollspo

A variation on Thinspo (Thin Inspiration), dollspo often follows a nymphet aesthetic. Where normally thinspo pictures are black and white, dollspo seeks to use colorful more bjd or mermaid-like photos. It's also the name of a tumblr blog that follows the aesthetic.

A: Look at this new dollspo blog I found.

M: Ooh I love the pretty pictures. It's so colorful and beautiful. So much more motivating than the normal dingy grayscale photos.
A: I know, grayscale thinspo is depressing.
