All the times you got your heart broken; and, all of the lovers you used to complained about to your friends while imbibing your favorite “complaint inducing drug of choice” were actually some of the greatest people you ever met during the most amazing part of your life.
And actually, your heart wasn’t really even really broken yet. That only happens when facing old age, sickness, and death and watching your friends and frenemies drop like The Ten Little Indians in the now politically incorrect childhood song.
Everything that has come before was like stretching before a long run…
…which feels like a too short of a run when you get to this part of the road. Nostalgia isn’t remembering the past; it’s living in the present as an echo of who you once were.

Attempting to follow the examples of mob bosses and oligarchs he admires Trump kept a boastful public profile finally resulting in charges finally stuck to him on Thursday March 30th 2023 — a day America will forever remember.
It remain to be seen whether or not he can “shoot someone of 5th Avenue in broad day light and get away with it”. But, we’ve all ready seen the John “The Teflon Don” Gotti movie and it didn’t end well, and Donald Trump is no John Gotti and he has a coterie of “Sammy the Bull Gravanos” in his camp that could potentially “rat up”.
His Charges were made most ironic because The Nonteflon Don had recently recorded a song with the J6 Prison Choir that was topping the iTunes purchased downloads charts when the announcement of his charges were made public. As the old saying goes: “If you sing with traitors, you’ll end up with charges.”
When asked to respond to Trump’s charges, an exonerated member The Central Park Five responded with a single word:

Another area where this is seen is in the backlash against a woman’s right to choose. As of September 9th 2023, the young women coming of age in my family have fewer reproductive and healthcare options than did the generation that crossed into womanhood ahead of them.
