Cubicide

Death caused by various office-related objects. This act of violence usually arises when a worker is micro-managed by his or her boss. Sometimes this act stems from the simple fact that a person is required to stare at a computer screen for 8 hours a day for 260 or more days per year. Symptoms include loss of vision from macular decay, increased procrastination to get projects done on time, and heart palptations from too much coffee.

Johnny Chimpo lost all hearing yesterday after falling asleep atop a desk with his iPod headphones on. When Johnny awoke his earbuds were lodged in his inner ear. Shortly thereafter he decided to committ cubicide by phone cord.

A person who works in an inhuman office environment characterized by small, square, work spaces separated by cheap portable walls. This environment is designed to squeeze as many employees as possible into a given space at the lowest cost possible with no regards to comfort or privacy.

I used to have my own office at this company but now I'm just another cubicle rat.

A device which Satan and the U.S. Government designed together to slowly suck out the souls and personalities of unsuspecting citizens seeking financial stability.

Usually placed in the office building of a business, its main intentions are:

1.) To give its victim an eternity of suffering and purgatory before they even die.
2.) To rid its victim of his or her spontaneity, personality and life by micromanaging such things as dress codes and behavior, also known as fascism.

Person who works in a cubicle: "I work for a billion-dollar corporation while making a lower-middle class wage every year by working in a cubicle where my soul is slowly sucked away while working a 9-to-5 shift, adhering to a strict dress code and wasting 5 out of my 7 days of the week."
