Get the Union city high school mug.Oregon City is mostly white kids in suburbs or nice condos, however the high school consists of not only the city, but the surrounding more rural and “less fortunate” areas. People may call it the school with the “most poverty” in the area, but that’s because they’re most likely from the surrounding mega-rich/extremely wealthy areas. (Area schools include: Lake Oswego High School, Lakeridge High School, West Linn High School, and Clackamas High School.) This school is very far from the poverty line in the grand scheme of things and majority of the students.
The school is terrible though. They sweep student problems, (mental health, abuse, sexual assault), under the rug. There was a scandal in 2022 over a student committing heinous acts to another student and giving him a platform to speak on it to the entire school claiming he had “grown.” This caused several massive protests in school grounds and staff refused, for the most part, did nothing and didn’t recognize their wrongs. There were multiple teachers who publicly stood with the students, but administration was actively trying to fight back against it. The principal resigned after this whole fiasco.
It claims great academic success. It can only “show good marks” because any time a student seems to be dragging down the stats they cart them off to one of the alternative schools.

Get the oil city area high school mug.Johnson City Senior High School (aka Johnson Shitty), is a school that pretends to be the skinny kid at fat Camp. This school has more drug users than honor students. The school with poor test performances, terrible standardized test scores, has completely given up on academics. Instead of improving the knowledge of the students, they have decided to focus on music and music only. In fact, this school revolves around music. In times of great academic need, the school consistently spends more taxpayer money on musical instruments than on text books. The teachers are confused and senile and the counselors are mean and heartless.
If you have hopes of going to a good university, you can stop dreaming. Majority of the graduates go low performance Community Colleges. Even if you are the lucky one, and get into college, don’t think you’ll be ready. Johnson Shitty will not prepare you for college. Once in college, you will realize that the AP classes taught you “how to not sleep” instead of “how to learn.” If you didn’t take AP classes, you might as well drop out, it’s not like you’re going to do anything with your life, especially since you are the comical “Johnson City Graduate.” Please, do yourself a favor, and beg your parents to move.

When you get in trouble for something that you didn't even do you get locked in a small ass room that gets to a fucking 100 degrees fahrenheit. Sometimes half the shit you get in trouble doesn't even make any fucking sense. For example if you just are asking some lady if she is going to become a school shooter you will get in trouble. I wonder if the principal is a pedophile since the girls who look attractive and look good get away with just about every fucking thing.Even if they did something and need to be disciplined they still don't .Evidence.
To sum it all up if you want a better education and your attending oil city area high school, then get the fuck out and run while you have the fucking chance. If you don't attend this school and plan to don't. Trust me youll be better in the long.
