Ignorant white store employees who watch minorities who enter the store, thinking they might steal something. They also sometimes ask can they help, but really mean "Hey buddy I've got my eye on you."

It never ceases to amaze me, that every time I enter that store there's a crackerspy trying to 'assist' me.
