an expression used on Newgrounds.com when an Flash entry is considered incredibly bad and poorly made. It is then BLAMed, where in a review a person might call it BLAMtastic in their review of the Flash entry

Brampton Centennial Secondary School

A Highschool located in Brampton and was built in 1967. Known for it's infamous shooting in 1975, and that's about it. About 70% of this school is composed of annoying Brown people, while the rest are either black that try so hard to be cool and whites chavs who think they're the shit. Probably the worst highschool you can go to. Nothing ever seems to work right, as the washroom toilets are always clogged and the urinals have 0% privacy.

A retarded highschool in Brampton, a city near Toronto. IT fucking looks like a prison and cafeteria is smaller than that of an elementary school's. This school has kids that are so retarded they didn't even put a Urban definition of their school

BCSS (brampton centennial secondary school) was built in 1967, and im the first from that hellhole to post a definition of it, and im not even proud.
