1. To Murder one's own family then proceed to commit Suicide for no apparent reason.
2. To effectively carry out Murder/Suicide without forwarning.

(same spelling for past tense but pronounced "ben.wad.")

Fred: Terrible.

Husband: You better shut the fuck up or I'll pull a benoit up in here.
Wife: Okay dear.

To murder one's family using wrestling moves and pillows. Not a true Benoit unless you then kill yourself with a weight machine.

Can also be used as an insult towards those who you desire to see deceased.

OPTIONAL: If desired, one can also place Bibles near the bodies for dramatic effect.
