A form of political ideology whose ideas are actually no more crazy than the ideas of other types of political ideologies; all have their flaws and benefits. Unfortunately, most people will never understand this because (1) they're too lazy and closed-minded to bother learning anything about the real meaning of the word "anarchist" and instead prefer to repeat the biased and generally inaccurate crap they were taught about it in their high school classes, and (2) within recent years, the word has sadly been stolen and had its meaning mutilated by stupid angst-filled teenagers who don't really understand the concept of anarchy any more than the average person, but love to call themselves anarchists because they think it sounds bad-ass. It's such a shame that the meaning of a word can be so thoroughly distorted by one clueless group of people who just happen to be really loud about it.

In 1850, an anarchist was not a twelve-year-old who wore an A inside a circle around their neck and went around yelling "Fuck the system!" and that's not what it is now either, despite what historically ignorant people say.

anarchism

The idea of a group of people existing without need for law. A sociopolitical doctrine stating that government is a self serving machine. People that dont necesarily coexist but they live for their better tomorrow.

For all the people who decide to bash anarchism go away. Anarchy means no government It does not mean lack of order!

Anarchism

The belief that all forms of government are oppressive and should be abloished. It's also a belief that many people are too close-minded, ignorant, and governmentally dependent too actually sit back and think about on a regular basis. It's more than a "circled A" or kicking over political signs (contrary to popular belief.) It's people realizing that we're all equal, and noone is wise enough to rule over his fellow man, no person is better than another! So the next time you say "anarchy is dumb and it'll never work" or "it's so immature", pull your head out of your arse and think about it.

no, i don't shop at hot topic, nor do i like all those poser bands so many enjoy. hot topic is overpriced crap and it's very contrdictary to buy anarchy merchandise there becasue it has sales tax which goes to the government. MAKE YOUR OWN CLOTHES AND JEWELRY!

poser anarchist

a blind teenager, someone who submits to the system they are supposed to be standing up against...someone who gets into fights at school because they think they're making a difference. a person that doesn't stand up for peace but is inturn fighting against it. They think that just because they believe in anarchy they have to hate God.

anti-government, plain and simple. all forms of heirarchy are rejected by an anarchist. Almost communism or socialism but in the same way not really. think of martial law. the only person who rules over you, is yourself.
