Abbas agha is a scary man that you have to listen and say ok whatever he says and now become an expression in persian language. When a boy talk to his girl with "you must do.." or "you can not do..." girls say "chashm abbas agha" it mean "ok abbas agha" to make fun of their boyfriend. But the root of that expression is someone named "abbas" is a fitness coach and he is too charismatic to take "no"for the answer when he says like "two more" you just have to say "alright" or "chashm abbas agha". A name used to define a person who is jacked yet suave at the same time. A person who is "agha" is the life of the party because the term Agha is very catchy and easy to say when inebriated.
