Usually refers to the grenade launcher in Call of Duty 4 due to it's high power and wide kill radius, and especially it's easiness to use.

A male engaging in anal sex with another man. The "tube" is derived from the large amount of lube necessary to enter the anal cavity. Twisting a tube means literally twisting a tube of lube so that you get every last bit of lubrication out of it, those last few drops.
