Elmo Music

Elmo music is the archetype of which emo music started.

It started off when elmo sang the ABC song, a highly musical and emotional form of the song that we all know, and were taught, in kindergarten.

Elmo's actual name is Thomas O'Callaghan, an immigrant from Ireland, he started out as a highly disturbed child growing up on the lonely streets of ireland, he was ridiculed by the kids, daily. He never knew his parents. It was documented that Callaghan got into many knife fights, and was often put in jail for his rough conduct. After a year of misconduct, he was adopted by a man by the name of Joan Ganz Cooney, otherwise known as the infamous creator of Sesame Street.

As a young boy he was afflicted from a rare and horrible condition called El Cabello Rojo, translated literally, means the Red hair in spanish.

Elmo was afflicted with another rare disease where his scrotum did not grow properly, hence his high toned voice. Despite these setbacks, elmo took a career into singing with the help of Joan Ganz Cooney who took him under his wing, and gave him financial support.

Elmo enjoyed a long and prosperous career and became a worldwide known singer. His albums topped the charts at regular intervals, one of his greatest songs, "Baby, the ABC's arent good enough for me" was Number 1 in 1972 for 3 months.

Sesame street was his best career he ever undertook, with such classics as, "The ABC song" and "How to tie your shoe"

Elmo is still very alive today, although retired from sesame street, he is an active member of the NRA and donates regularly to the give.org foundation, he once stated in a Denver Colorado convention "We cannot, we must not, turn to violence, a gentleman must allow his words to do his fighting. But whenever my family is in danger, and when there is no other alternative, I know that my Desert Eagle 50 Action Express will serve me best."

Indeed, elmo music did inspire emo music, as it inspires me, and you, to do our best, through singing, and overcoming obstacles.

trance music

Electronically originated music with a tempo of at least 130 and at max 150 BPM that uses the same melodies used in classical music rather then normal electronic music melodies

it is not essensial for trance to have a beat under it there are trance songs which do not but it is very common to have a beat.

what most people know as trance music e.g: productions by 'Special D' , 'Lasgo' , 'Jan Wayne' etc... is not trance this is called eurodance or pollitacally incorrect: cheese it has some trance influences but it doesn't use the typical trance melodies but instead happy melodies and is nowhere near the complexity of trance with as purpose to reach high places in pop charts.
They Played a trancetrack on the radio the afternoon.

period music

A very defined genre of music; similar to but noticeably distinct from tampon toe-tappers and menstrual melodies. These songs usually revolve around themes such as "beauty", "innocence", "how hard this is", "blame", and "that bastard". This type of music generally serves as a warning signal to any nearby, unsuspecting males.
Example 1) Kris: Hey, man, I just heard some serious period music coming from Laura's room.

Tyler: That time again, huh? You get the ice cream, I'll lock the doors.

Example 2) "Hey, did you hear the new Melissa Etheridge album yet?"

"No, I don't get my period until Wednesday."

Musical Theatre

(n): myu-sih-kil thee-ter A form of theatre incorporating singing and dancing in addition to acting. It is often criticized for having characters break out into song and dance in the middle of an intense moment. Males who participate in it are also the butt of many a homosexual joke. The creators of such jokes tend to be jocks whose girlfriends made out with the leads in school musicals onstage in front of over one thousand people while they just sat squirming in their seats wishing they were the one up there.
Jock: Hey, faggot, I hear you do Musical Theatre, want to go to skip practice and get your nails painted?

Thespian: Sorry, I can't skip today, I need to work on the kissing scene with your girlfriend. Why don't you go wrestle some sweaty half naked men?
