The phenomenon that, no matter how good something is, if you mix it with something bad for long enough, you'll eventually associate it negatively.

Derived from how great air freshener smells in the store, but by the time you've used it to cover up 20 odd poops in the bathroom, you'll forever associate the smell with poop and will hate it.

Jane: Hey Laura, where are them fantastic shoes you bought a few months back?

Laura: Yeah they succumbed to the Bathroom Air Freshener Phenomenom. I wore them round Stu's house too many times. Now when I look at them they look sad and pathetic, so I dumped them when I dumped him.

The drone phenomenon occurs when a person starts behaving according to the best interests of a religion or nationality that is different than his own, even when they're fully aware their behavior is harmful and goes against their own personal best interests or the best interests of their religion or nationality. The drone phenomenon is a form of corruption pioneered by the Anglican and Catholic Churches. It can explain erratic behavior that would've otherwise been dismissed as having a low level of intelligence. The drone phenomenon is closely related to the phenomenon of deliberate incompetence and religious and nationalist corruption.

Sean Davis Phenomenon

This phenomena occurs when you are living with someone else within close proximity and you contract an illness through the roommates deliberate actions— this includes deliberately coughing in your direction, sneezing without covering the mouth, or not even informing you of their illness to begin with. This term comes from the death of a college student when their roommate, Sean Davis, purposefully spread the illness out of spite.

“Hey man, are you feeling alright?”
“Nah, man, my roommate got me sick! Keeps coughing at me and shit, it’s ridiculous. Didn’t even tell me he was sick at first.”
