If something unlucky, ridiculous, incredible, etc were to happen, you yell this. The number of times you say "dirtay" determines how bad the event was (ex: 10 dirtays is very bad)

The black, burned, residue left behind on one's metal skillet following the cooking of an egg (scrambled, sunnyside, over-easy, etc.). This residue is usually combined with whatever substance that may be left behind from prior use.
