Someone who thinks they are better or cooler, but mostly tougher, than they really are. Think "puffed up chest". Someone who is figuratively standing on their toes to seem taller.

All the kids with the pumped up kicks better outrun my gun = I don't care how tough you think you are, my bullets are tougher.

It took all day to prepare this marvelous dish. This type of high class bread consist of; stuff, things, and hooker sweat. The irish added energy drink to give it that extra kick in the crotch. This bread was used at many Irish barmitsfahs.
