A brain exercise in which you squat your brain in order to increase the power of your mental thighs, hips, and buttocks.

Thinking you're a nice carefree person when you're part of the problem.
Old example: Little-House-On-The-Prarie-type European settlers going west to "Put in a solid day's work and carve out a new life" while being part of the mass genocide of Indigenous Americans.
New example: People moving away from California because they "Couldn't stand it anymore" and ruining the property values and job markets of their new location while transplanting the California-style politics they claim they were getting away from.

1. "I just want to promote healthy living and calm to the people I meet on social media"
"Your lifestyle is funded by your sugar daddy using child labor at off-shore factories Caitlyn, you got a real settler's mentality"
2. Instagram models advocating for mental health while their income comes from an app destroying people's mental health is some serious settler's mentality.
3. Bro you can say you support Black Lives Matter but if you keep voting for officials who defend bad cops that's just settler's mentality

Mental horsepower refers to intelligence in the purest sense of cognitive ability and memory.
Those with high MH have the ability to learn math and science easily and trivially.

~ When you talk about anything in which people have no comprehension nor conceptional ideal on what you are talking about, because of the intellectual or educational experiences above their own.
"Bobby, do you know about Neurotheology, and how one might suggest that god and the universe act similarly to that of a brain cell?"
Bobby- "Man, slow down, god has nothing to do with your science."
Mr. "X"- " Why Bobby, You Are so cool: It's like you've been hit by a mental avalanche, and didn't know it."

Any thought that hits the person's brain with such impact it feels as if he/she has been struck by a brick being thrown at them. These can come as single bricks, dump trucks full of bricks, or brick roads depending on the meaningfullness or amount of thought that goes into it.
Ohhhh man that was a huge brick.
What was it?
I just thought about how I was feeling the first day I fell for you.
Note: you just say brick, not mental brick, it is assumed when you explain the thought that it is a mental brick.

Similar to having peace of mind, but enough of which that a mental "currency" can be applied to give the degree of peace a value.
Cari: "I work on Monday, so I'll make a ton of money!"
Jake: "Yea, but I don't work and get to sit at home. So I'll be making more mental money doing nothing."
