Basically is a man with kissable lips. A REALLY HOT MAN. It's not someones name exactly but it's more of a title you apply to a man. It's a type of gay slang that originated from gay leather clubs down in the southern United States. It's almost considered offensive because it's like calling a gay person even more gay then can be possibly imagined, but it's still slang used today in Gay clubs like the Underwater Indian Man in Milwaukee.

Guy 1 "omg look at that kips over there. I just wanna smooch him so much"
Guy 2 " oh you're right. Look at that hunk of a man."

A hirsute herring that has been split in butterfly fashion from tail to head along the dorsal ridge. They feed at the bottom of the deepest ocean (Western Pacific) and are so rare that they remain undiscovered by man.

A popular way for folically challenged druids to express astonishment in public, as in, "well slap my thigh with a hairy kipper".
