Americans were fooled by George W.Bush into buying it in case of some Iraqi chemical attack, which never happened, because Iraq already got rid of their WMDs by the time Bush decided to waste tax dollars by starting an illegal oil war.

Now, many Americans don't know what to do with all that duct tape they bought.

2) When a cop beats up a person of color and the beating happens to be recorded by phone, mini-DVR, VHS, or Beta tape.

2) Shenaynay: "Ledasha was arrested yesterday and the cop really roughed her up."
