A crazy psychopathic girl who often uses things in conversations that make little to no sense. A Lili will also commonly use phrases in weird voices, such as but not limited to, "Baby Speech", "Giggle Voice", and "Leet" Speak. This Lili is insanely giggly, and will often forget to take breaths in the middle of laughing, causing major coughing fits and hyperventilation styled breathing.
