Much like Multi-Culturalism, but better. When a gathering of 30 year-old men with mullets gather, it's called a Mullet-Culturalism.

noun. a woman (usually of the disreputable variety) who tends to sleep with men who drive motorcycles (usually Harley Davidson), men who worship stock car racing, and men who have short hair on the front and sides but not in the back.
