A god. He was named meme of the year because of his hit "We are Number One" in "Lazy Town." He has brightened the hearts of many. He worries the whole meme community when it was announced that he had a high risk of dying due to stage 4 pancreatic cancer. He has beat the odds and has survived stage 4 pancreatic cancer. He will continue to live on as a legend and number one.

A variation of the standard Hot Karl, which involves placing plastic wrap on someone's face and then defecating on said plastic wrap. The Flying Hot Karl involves defecating in a clear, plastic bag and then surprising the recipient by throwing/dropping the bag of feces on their head/face.
