A crusty doughnut is when someone applies their semen around their partner's arsehole, ideally smearing it a bit to create a nice ring coat around the hole itself. It is then left for a while to "bake", a.k.a. crust a bit, creating a nice crusty doughnut. The person can then enjoy their freshly baked goods as part of the night's (or day's, no judgement) experience.
