A get-toghether/place where people who attend drink alcohool ( usually wine ) , talk about their problems and cry their sorrow away until they feel better.

Guy A: Man, I feel down lately and I can't find the way out of this mood
Guy B: Same dude, u up for a crying party at my place this friday?
Guy A: Yeah man, that would be nice

To either mockingly or sincerely apologize or sympathize with another individual in a simple way. Someone who is BITCHING about their life, situation, and/or condition.

Person 1: "My head hurts, my boss hates me, and I haven;t gotten laid in weeks!"
Person 2: "Awh, Boo-Cry!"

Crying over something that infantilizes oneself.

Example 1: My baby had a why cry over my changing her bottle. It was just one minute in between one bottle and the other!

Example 2: My younger sister had a why cry when I stole her toy. I made her laugh to cheer her up, though, and she felt better.
