Take a Joel

When, upon arriving at a work site involving manual labor, the supervisor of the job walks around for a while not doing anything while younger workers unload the truck and begin the job. This walk around the property is usually followed by said supervisor leaving the job site to get a tool he 'forgot' or just go get coffee.
