Universally beautiful

The term "Universally beautiful" can be an offensive term. But the true meaning is someone who appeals to everyone. More so the European look " Blonde hair; blue eyes; in shape" That goes for men or women. The person has to be able to appeal to anyone.

Example 1:"Hedi Klum is universally beautiful!"

Example 2: Hitler believed that only blondes with blue eyes had self worth; they're universally beautiful
Example 3: Meg Ryan can live in America for years and be considered the most beautiful woman ever, Then she moved to Germany and was still considered the most beautiful woman.
