Turkish Windmill

A sex act in which suction cup dildos are mounted on to a ceiling fan. Then fan is then turned on, and a small child (preferably an infant)'s testicles or rear end is held to the spinning dildo train until beet red. At some point, the "turkish windmillee" will defecate, at which point the "turkish windmiller" will then collect the feces, and spread them across their upper lip, appearing as though they are of turkish descent.

When someone "leaves" an event before ever arriving, aka when an invitation is never accepted (the declination is often expected). Usually refers to repeated activity, occurring with a friend who always has a soft excuse when invited to hang out.
