Often refers to as "Cheds". Cheddar Corn is slang for Mexican Mennonites. Cheddar Corn is often found driving around in full sized vans and any old vehicle made by Pontiac in the 90s. They often be found gathered on a Sunday night at Tim Hortons consuming beer in the parking lot.
