1) n. Someone who simply looks downright cheeky (see cheeky).
2) n. Someone who is very manipulative, clever, and self-centered.
This word is usually used in a joking manner rather than with a serious tone.
Can be used as a playful insult against someone who has wronged you but did no real harm. In most places it is ironically considered less offensive than using the word 'bastard' alone.

A slang Irish term used to describe a friend/family member in jest after they have delivered a sex joke or made sexual comments about a member of the public. This is also jokingly used if a friend/family member is seen flashing his genitals (namely their cock, penis, dick etc) toward others.

Ajax Amsterdam supporters also made a banner featuring this term, which resulted in a heavy fine against the club. It is a loose reference to a historical pro-Irish Independance movement notorious for its use of violence.
