Originally derived from fourty ounces, bitchin' 40 is something that one says if he/she is very enthused about something, or can be used in place of any adjective with a positive connotation.

2) A woman opens up a christmas present from her husband, they are diamond earings.
Woman: Oh, Frank. I love them, how bitchin' 40 of you.

(British Street Slang) 1 gram of Crack Cocaine. £40 is the price of 1 grams worth of crack. Smoking Crack is often frowned upon hence the word naughty.

Person 1: How much do you think I would have to pay him to rob me that car?

Person 2: He's a junkie mate, he would probably do it for a Naughty 40
