The form of defecation where your shit departes your body at a rate of flowing water and the state of foamy milk of a cappuccino when mixed with the coffee it's self making it a shit to remember. This bowl exercise can make people refer to it as "looks good enough to dip a biscuit" and or " it looks like the residue left at the bottom of the cup after a weak coffee."
