A Turncoat Thomas is someone who pretends to be a likeable guy, hoping that people will open up to him and let him in on their secrets. A Turncoat Thomas will then use these secrets for his own benefit, for example by stealing your girlfriend or sucking up to his superiors at work by betraying his co workers.
