Resting dopey face. When someone can't help the retarded expression that always happens to appear on their face even when they don't try. The face is contorted into a confused, open mouthed expression with eyes darting around in every direction. It's hard to tell when someone with an RDF is talking to you because they tend to look in the other direction with their head tilted down and their limbs flail around. People with RDFs try to get angry but no one ever takes them seriously.
