A smartphone. Called a nightmare brick as a reference to media consumption (usually accessed via smartphone) being connected to increased levels of anxiety and depression.

I couldn't fall asleep so I started scrolling Instagram and realized why some of my friends call it a nightmare brick.

My nickname for Lloret de Mar, party town on the Costa Brava, popular with pissheads and proles who come in on the cheap in tour buses from Netherlands, Germany etc., also called the Las Vegas of Europe.
