PTSD that is passed down through generations or genetically inherited.

(e.g. An Italian woman asserted, ''I believe that I have genetically inherited transgenerational PTSD from my ancient Roman ancestors: The historical recounts of them dying and suffering in Rome's worst tragedies has scarred me with symptoms of PTSD').

A person who face their fears and walks into the unknown regardless of how they feel.

He's a Transender, nothing can stop him.

Translender 

An overweight person who claims to be fit or slim.

Often characterized by wearing spandex, activewear or other tight clothing that shows multiple bulges and roles

Their profile says they are fit but you can see in their pictures they're overweight. They must be translender.

I mean... Really?

Transfender 

A vehicle part that has been replaced and does not match the original color of the car. (i.e. a fender.)

Look at that blue car it has a white fender, it must be a transfender.
