This dance act is normally performed when a person is tripping out on psychedelics.

Take right arm and swing into of face downward then "pump". Repeat with left arm. Right. Left. Do the Lil Jon high clap 4xs. Then rock back and forth 4xs. Take hand and perform a "slice" action by neck.
