Louisiana Swamp Crotch

A mixture if un-kept hair and perspiration in between the legs. Smells of raccoon's asshole and sac-sweat. This vile substance that is spawned creates a large red rash sometimes puss filled, which causes the victim to walk as if they've unloaded a mass quantity of diarrhea in their pants. Unlike duck butter this condition is underwear ruining, usually identified by large battery acid-like holes that can sometimes reach the butthole area. Caused by thunder thighs and hot, humid environments. This condition is life ruining.

Did you smell the Louisiana Swamp Crotch in that golden corral? I puked all over out toothless waitress.
