Someone who wears a suit in casual places or carries a suitcase with them to most places. This act is usually done to bring attention to oneself as an important or otherwise note worthy person. Often they are loning assholes that want to look cool.

Unable to do what you're paid for because you think you have far more important things to do. Normally people that are "too busy" actually do nothing at all - they are parasitic in nature, should not be believed and should be treated with extreme caution.
