More intense than phrases such as that really grinds my gears

Usually accompanied by the angry fist shaking gesture.

Person 1: That asshole just cut me off!!!

Person 2: Dude, calm down.

Person 1: No! (raises fist in anger) All of my rage!

All strokes, no load

This is a definition for situations or people that just don't deliver based on porn where the sex scenes run long but don't end with a big finish and you realize you just wasted time watching it for nothing.

(A) A vocal and outspoken person with no depth to their knowledge or statements.

(B) A movie, meal, vehicle, album or other experience that is built up with a lot of hype but fails to deliver.

Alternate usage just strokes and no load.

(A) He had a lot to say but it was "All strokes, no load"

(B) I was super excited to see the movie Battleship but it was "All strokes, no load"

(B.1) I went to that new restaurant getting all the hype but it was "just strokes and no load"

My husband texted me that he crashed the car again. I was so mad I wrote back in all caps. I was ALL CAPS Mad.
