then anyone apart from the person who said JUDGE RULES can say JUDGE RULES YES or JUDGE RULES NO.
saying JUDGE RULES YES before anyone says JUDGES RULES NO means they HAVE to do it. Reverse if JUDGE RULES NO is said before JUDGE RULES YES. Judge rules cant be undone either!
