A word back in the early 1800s to opression African- American, to make feel like African-American were inferior to the fact that their were unknowlegeable or up in to the coming society. NOBODY should use this term reguargless if it a common slang in the Black community. Also worldy known as a rasict comment pertaining to a black soicety.

Someone who is of African-Amearican backround someone who is nigga dosen't mean that they are not good or educated it's just stating a slung term which black peolpe use around one another from time to time which could be ment in a greeting or good bye or pointing someone out someone who is non-white. But when someone who is non-black use the word nigger adding the er it may cause trouble among someone who sees it as an insult or someone being racist.
