Respect

Respect is something that is earned and should never be your default setting when meeting someone new.

People who say you should respect everyone are confusing the word respect with polite. Being polite should be your default setting when meeting someone. Respect can only come from getting to know what a person values and their abilities.

There are only two forms of respect: admiration and fear. You can respect someone you don't like or isn't on your team. Ex: Kevin Durrant and Lebron James, George Patton and Erwin Rommel, Bugs Bunny and Wiley Coyote

Be polite but let them earn your respect through their behavior, not words.

I don't like Lebron James but I respect the hell out of what he has done as a basketball player. All he does is win...

As City Girl Summer comes to an end, our asses are tired, our bank accounts are drained, and our best life has become a sinful life.
