In unofficial Naval social circles, a Chell, or Chelle, (pronounced with or without the last 'e'), Probably originally after the name Michelle, an escort who went by the name at some unknown party/ball/bar, etc.: A code name for a "high class" escort for a particular event, typically for a Captain, the one who usually has enough dough to throw around. Specifically, his FIRST escort of the night, if they've been bouncing in and out of his circle for a dance, a drink or something else.
