A big ass city in the kalos pokemonregion which is its capital.the city first made its debut in Pokémon x and y and will make a reappearance in Pokémon legends ZA

The city is home to a whole slew of shops and attractions you can visit and enjoy. Also full of places where you can eat your heart out.

Also is used in the figurative sense to describe some place that is a nosebleed to navigate.

In the city sense: Would you like to go to restaurant le yeah with me tonight? It’s in Lumiose city.

In the figurative sense: navigating IKEA is a big nosebleed. It’s a Lumiose city of a maze.

Hadley Rock City

"Hadley Rock City" is a nickname given to Hadley, Massachusetts in the late 2010s. The name is a play on the song "Detroit Rock City" by Kiss. It was initially meant to be sarcastic, considering Hadley is neither a city nor widely recognized for it's rock scene. However, some feel that the name is appropriate due to Hadley's dominance of the underground indie scene in Western Massachusetts.

"Yo lets get a 30 rack of Narragansett and go see Pearl Sugar and Taxidermists at the Asbestos Farm tomorrow! You're gonna lose your mind in Hadley Rock City!!!!"
